Which data is collected?
The provider of our pages automatically collects and stores the standard information sent by your browser, such as browser type and version, operating system used, time of the request, referrer URL and host name of the accessing computer. This data is stored in server log files that are used for the statistical evaluation of the website.

The following rights apply to your personal data:
The right to access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition to processing and the right to data portability. (Unfortunately, information or processing over the phone is not possible, due to lack of clear identification.)

Furthermore you do have the right to revoke a given consent to the processing of your personal data for the future. To do so, just send an e-mail to our data protection officer. (See contact details below).

Should our data protection officer fail to answer your request to your full satisfaction, you do have the right to complain this to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for your state.

Use of the data and service life
The personal data provided by you (name, address and e-mail address) are used and filed exclusively for the purpose of processing your request. In order to optimally process your request, it may be necessary to forward (parts of) your data to one of our suppliers or contractual partners. Any other use or disclosure of your data will not take place. The filing will be effected as long as this is necessary for the purpose you provided your data for, or for the observance of legal regulations (such as legal storage obligations).

Applicant Management
We collect different types of information as part of the application process. This includes, in particular, your personal information with contact information as well as a description of your education, work experience and skills. In addition, you have the option to send us electronically stored documents such as certificates or cover letters.

We do not require any information that is not exploitable under the General Equal Treatment Act (race, ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity). We also do not ask you to provide information on any illnesses, pregnancy, ethnic origin, political beliefs, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health or sex life. The same applies to content that is likely to infringe rights of third parties (for example copyright, press or general rights of third parties).

The personal data will only be collected, filed, processed and used for purposes related to your interest in current or future employment with us and the processing of your application. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. On using the online application procedure, data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address etc. are collected. This data is basically used to contact you regarding your application.

If your application is successful, the data provided may be used for administrative matters in the context of employment.

Your online application will only be processed and taken note of by the relevant contact persons. All employees responsible for data processing are required to protect the confidentiality of your data. Under no circumstance will third parties get possession of your data. The processing of the data takes place exclusively in Germany.

In case we are unable to employ you, we will retain the information you sent us within the statutory retention period of up to six months for the purpose of answering questions related to your application and rejection.

If you give us your explicit written consent to maintain and store your data accordingly, we may also consider you for future vacancies. Otherwise, your application data will be completely deleted.

Data security
The security of your data is of great importance to us. To ensure this, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the encryption standard used by many online shops and banks, to encrypt the data you transmit. You will recognize this by the URL beginning with HTTPS, as well as a lock symbol in the URL bar of your browser. One hundred percent security against access by third parties is not possible.

(GmbH & Co) have access to your personal data. All employees of I.Schroeder KG. (GmbH & Co) have been bound to follow the data protection conditions of I.Schroeder KG. (GmbH & Co).

As mentioned in (“Use of data and service life”), it may be necessary to forward your personal data to a supplier or contractual partner as part of a complaint processing. In order to secure your full data protection rights there too, we have concluded on a so-called “order processing contract” with our service providers, with which the service provider has assumed a guarantee for maintaining the confidentiality and protection of personal data.

Our website uses so-called web fonts or icons provided by Fonticons, Inc. for the uniform display of fonts or icons. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts or icons into its browser cache in order to display texts, fonts and icons correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the servers of Fonticons, Inc. This enables Fonticons, Inc. to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address.
